These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SparkPlan, the digital product generator SaaS. By accessing or using SparkPlan, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payment

SparkPlan charges a one-time fee of $17 for the Full Build package. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and your access is granted after successful payment.

Pricing and payment terms may be updated from time to time, but any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Refunds

SparkPlan offers refunds when required by applicable law or when a request is submitted within the refund window described in our support documentation. Refund decisions are made at our discretion based on the request details.

4. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

Use SparkPlan only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or violates third-party rights.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. SparkPlan may use submitted data to improve service quality, performance, and personalization.
